Speaking it into existence... |
|
| To
the media: Remember that you have the power to control the message delivered to the
people. Whatever you speak into existence will occur. Be sure that your phrasing and
the ideas you express reflect the vision you have for the future. That doesn't
necessarily mean expressing a bias or opinion. To general site surfers: In a way, I don't really approach this page as a page I want to have completely public. This is a page where, if you don't follow the trail of the conversation, don't know who I'm addressing or what the issues are, this page will likely just seem weird. Sometimes, I make comments that only 1 person in politics or the media would understand.. sometimes I say general stuff or express my complaints. I just look at it as 1 more example of freedom of speech. Like tv and radio and such they don't have to listen. But often, they do.. some appreciate it, some get angry. That's their right as well :} I have no formal or even indirect affiliation with influence with any media or political figures. I just speak my mind, and sometimes, people listen. Sometimes, I actually say something worth listening to. :} - Editor Favorite remarks from site user: "Good job on keeping things cool and well spoken. Your website exhibits quite a bit of control - your adjectives could include evil bastards every now and again without being extreme." and, regarding a piece I wrote for another purpose called "The Privilege & Honor of Serving A Commitment""...statement is right on and could have been written by me, I have always felt this passionately about justice and equality! The sentiment expressed there is the only viable goal for humanity I think. I think what I'm constantly left with more than anything else is how people always say anything is possible.... until someone tries... and then people tell you it's impossible, or you're crazy... like Cesar Chavez, Martin Luther King, John Adams, Jimmy Carter, Susan B. Anthony... It's a good thing they didn't listen to those who said it couldn't be done... 11/12/2003 - Howdy! Would someone do the world a favor and give Sean Penn the url's to my websites? You know I'm serious. Talk about Marlowe and Shakespeare... could have been me talking. Bravo Sean! I've been reading "History Will Not Absolve Us"... I'm beginning to understand more why my father wanted to implant JFK into my head at an early age. There is no such thing as coincidence. Ya gotta remember, I assimilate and apply concept very quickly without knowing all the inside stuff, the details... All this stuff I find out about afterward seems like rather ominous parallels to me, about what I talk about, and the people I admire. I, too, have been living in the matrix, even if I did notice more. I caught the patterns and came to my own conclusions. It's good to know that other people have proposed what I believe in. It's time. That's the perspective, the heritage part that I love. Truth is good. Have a great day and week to come. God Bless Ya PS: I never thought of myself as a religious person, and while my actual beliefs have not changed in the last year, I just feel more informed and qualified on the subject, and I'm more willing than ever to express it. I always said I wanted to start a spiritual reawakening... not a religious one. Remember, I'm all for religious freedom. We just need to talk about it for a while and get the perspective back. We can do it, too. :} 11/11/2003 - 4:30pm It's good to have the old bald guy with the cool hat back in my world... it's curious about which two songs are up for grammy's... I forget what to ask for. There isn't anything I haven't been given, how could I ask for anything more as I'm living here in this heaven... carry me on my way.... :} I'm still going to give him a bill... I miss certain people. And it's good to be turning the anger into possibility. Like I say and believe, transformation is a process... Thanks for being the reluctant silent coaches. God works in mysterious ways. Cryptic enough for ya, folks? :} Probably not. :} I've decided I'm going to put a few of my rough cuts on the other site...music is a big part of me... and I'm not going to worry about production quality.. I just want to share it and have fun with it. And I've decided I'm going to challenge a certain person to submit original works/songs giving opposing views.. we'll call it dueling covert musicians or something stupid like that. :} Talk about the musical answer of the day (or was that question?) If its good enough for Ashcroft and Condi, it's good enough for me. I'd have sworn Rumsfeld would have been the piano player.... Oh yeah... sounds like the perfect kind of vice-president for my administration :} Some politicians should look at the bio pages on their websites and take a good, long reality check look at what they are conveying about themselves. So, sometimes I think that the email horoscope thing I get (remember, I didn' sign up for it, and I don't really take it that seriously) is someone out there covertly trying to be my cheerleader. :} Here's Sunday's. "Is the world moving in slow motion, or is it just in your mind? You are trying to move ahead and everyone else is trying to hold you back. You can't help the fact that people are more interested in what you've already done than in what you want to do next. Don't be in such a hurry, Aries. Slow down and soak up some of the admiration. There is plenty of time for what you have in mind. You always wanted something built to last, didn't you? This may be your chance." You'd laugh if you knew what song I was listening to when I read that. dedoodedoo :} Wagons, ho! Love ya. 11:30 am - Couldn't figure out why you were spending so much time on reality (or non-reality) tv... now I remember... Uncle Joe. Tim: I still haven't given the answer to the classism question. I'll save it for ya. And I won't hold it against you for being Paul's friend. :} Oh yeah... there's some people in Tennessee who have decided to take it upon themselves to promote me. That's Democracy. Gotta love it! PS How can you do a Kostner fest without the Postman? :} 1/10/2003 12:15 am - Just be careful what you're empowering. Politics as usual won't work. Getting into the White House is a small part of the answer... such a small part. They key to the Bible Codes is truth... and the truth isn't in the computer program. Is there anything in there about Bush and 2006 that says it's GW, and that he'll be in office at the time. It's like the story about the Hawaiian girl... I didn't say how old... think about that. Think about it hard. You may get your wish, but be careful what you ask for. Visualize. Empower. Let go of your attachments. What is important is what you don't know that you don't know. And what you don't know that you know, in that order. Blair's rumor about delaying Iraq would be just the thing to mess up the primaries. George wins the propaganda when you respond and allow yourself to get sucked in. Suck him in. BTW, I'm a fan of Barkley. But think about his remarks... he wants people to consider what he says, but he wasn't willing to consider other people's points of view about things important to them. That's what's at the core of it all. That's what must change. That's the cultural revolution, to replace the survival instinct, the panic Americans have about acting in a manner that reflects scarcity instead of abundance. It's what divides the world. History will not absolve us. BTW...When I told George the bombing of the WTC was in the Bible, and asked if he wanted to know what's next... one of other major events in there, once you look at the ancient maps and cross reference the scriptures, is the sum of all fears. It was that exact scenario. Many deceptions. I'm very concerned. But at least I understand more about who some of the good guys are. I just wish I was included so I could help. Military buildup until 2020. That doesn't have to happen either. But it will take more than politics as usual. I hope you all come to realize that before long. Remember when I mentioned about leading thousands of people from the west coast to the Mason Dixon line... it was one of the special off the cuff remarks... like when I dream. Like what I imagined in '65. We gotta get out of the loop. Please. Had my first class meeting tonight. It was cool. Got a little weird at one point, though, when the instructor asked me if what I had written during the class was channelling... I think I've piqued her curiosity... turns out what I described was the story of Shakespeare and Marlowe, and I was placing myself in the position of Marlowe. I've never read any Shakespeare, let alone any of the history. Turns out, the guy who's the master of that controversy lives less than 20 miles from me. dedodedo. I gotta go read Psalms now. It's still my favorite. Helps me sleep. From Proverbs... where there is no vision, the people will perish. St. Benedict has left the cave. 1/9 1pm pt Smoking guns are most effective on people trying to hide something. My "exploratory committee" members know all the "bad stuff"... and it'll all be on my web site too.. and the books... if my last name was Bush, though, none of that would matter... because of the $$$ he spends... maybe I should "challenge" George Bush, and the elites, to class warfare. There's a whole lot more of us regular people out here. And a great many more channels of communication than ever before. Just something to think about. I'm wondering if Al Sharpton would join me in East Palo Alto for a community event there... we'll call it "Where it all begins" Things are happening just like I thought they would months ago... I should stick to my instincts. PS: Big PS: Always remember, I have a pretty good idea of who reads this page, and it's not just the press. If you don't know what that means, maybe you should ask one of your buddies. Also: sorry if I caused anyone to move people around for nothing. I'm new at this national stuff, and I have no idea who is taking what I say seriously... Florida sure is pretty this time of year. 1/9/ 1:10am - Darn.. I was just getting good at the broadcast, and I lost the edge.. that's what daily announcing is good for... ah, well. BTW.. I wanted to say... I know I admitted that I was just trying to prod people when I started THIS site... but I want to be clear, I'm completely serious about running. This is not a test. Like I joked around about before, I know I'll take a licking in the press, but I'm ok with that. I have stuff to say. The truth is, I'd announce tomorrow if I thought someone would cover it... that's why I'm working on a no-coverage strategy... My impression, given what's occurred so far, is that the media is going to try to ignore me.. which is fine... it's not a case I really wanted to make in my writing and speaking, but I figure that's reality. But, like the DEMS, it'll just be the truth. When I do, I hope ya'll just understand that I'm not going to talk to people who are upset about media suppression and control, and act like I don't know what they're talking about. And there are people out there I used to be fans of... sorry in advance. I'm sincere about that. Ya know what's most interesting though? It's when people thank me for running. Not what I expected. 5:45 pm: Trista Rehn? The bachelorette? Cool... people will know how to pronounce my last name.... I wonder if we're related? She's got the family look.. I'll have to check into this... interesting...:} Ya know, I don't watch the pop culture stuff much.. guess I will.... she might be a niece or cousin... Caught an article on Cold Harbor and whether Lee was a better General than Grant... if someone tells me that the Bush's are related to Lee, then I'll announce tomorrow. :} Uncle Ulysses would like that. :} Oh yeah.. ya gotta know, I can't resist Jermaine Jackson & Sean Penn. Yer killin me. :} 3:50pm - It's been a fun day... I've been working on a venue for the announcement of my candidacy.. keep a heads up for Humboldt County... got accepted into a writing course that will be oriented (for me) on completing "For the Love of the World"... btw: I was just finishing the part on Survival and territory, and was going to begin a primer on MROOT and how memories are created and stored.. (see UCSB Pascal circa 1980.. same principle) for the record, I'll bet my explanation comes very close to the scientists working on that subject.. :} It's gonna be an interesting year. Another "meeting" for potential core supporters and workers in Seattle on Sunday... Remember, "Everything is possible!" Meanwhile, I've decided to quit the grousing and complaining and get on with being a candidate... though I will say that what I told Al G does not apply to any other candidate... good to hear David Grange agrees with me on mandatory service, not necessarily military service... Internet downloading and high prices. Mostly high prices and young people. Rolling Stone says : rock and Roll is back!!!!! I agree. Dings... my dog and ears thank all for dropping dings, doorbells and knocks on the door... :} 1/8/2003 - How to mobilize a liberal college to support you.... sign up for a course in broadcasting with an NPR affiliate... told ya... there are lots of alternative ways! :}
