To general site surfers: In a way, I don't really approach this page as a page I want to have completely public. This is a page where, if you don't follow the trail of the conversation, don't know who I'm addressing or what the issues are, this page will likely just seem weird.  Sometimes, I make comments that only 1 person in politics or the media would understand.. sometimes I say general stuff or express my complaints.  I just look at it as 1 more example of freedom of speech.  Like tv and radio and such they don't have to  listen. But often, they do.. some appreciate it, some get angry.  That's their right as well :} I have no formal or even indirect affiliation with influence with any media or political figures. I just speak my mind, and sometimes, people listen. Sometimes, I actually say something worth listening to. :} - Editor

12/29/2002 - Whaddya Think?

10:30pm - A particularly interesting mix

11 hours without power gives you a great deal of time to think... mapped out how to explain U.S. economic history since 1980... decided I could still put whatever I want to on this site... seems like when I back off here, other people do too... I think back to the days of  "The Heritage of the Ratcatchers" and realize little has changed for me since then.... except that my resolve to do something that makes a difference gets stronger and stronger... for all the hard times I've given people... and the hard times they've given me... I hope that the commitment I believed we have shared has not been altered. I had a lot to work out... now that that's over... there's alot to work out.. :} I hope I can count on you to help make it work out.  Running for office will not change my message, vision, resolve or unwillingness to participate in the corruption. The more I view the occurrances of the world and what I read in the scriptures, I believe I do have to win.

When did Democracy become redefined to be synonomous with capitalism? They are not the same things. Are we trying to export capitalism or Democracy?

The Bible Codes may help you avoid an occurrance, but they do nothing for what would create the circumstance for disaster to occur. Terrorism does not occur because someone goes nuts one day and decides to declare war against the United States or any other country or people. There is always cause and effect, equal and opposite reaction.

Someone from the Skull & Bones school should step forward and expose it.   Otherwise, it will have a big impact on the next election.. by means of rumor.   It's bad enough that all the Dem candidates, except maybe Edwards, is from New England, and, when you include Bush, from Harvard and Yale.. and from the serf's point of view, it begins to look as though the aristocracy has taken over... that will become an issue, and it will come from the Green Party and Reform Party.. and me.

I still have great concerns about doing anything that would assist a political party that won't respond to phone calls.  Doesn't look like being responsive to the people to me. And then there's the media...

You should watch the HBO Documentary on Woodstock 69, 94 and 99.. it's quite an education.. but confirms what I believed about generational attitudes... It's disturbing really, to see young people with such little hope.  Like a newsman/story teller once said "wanting to believe"... and I'll add "but seeing nothing to actually believe in."

Welcome back!  Maybe I'm getting old, or the food's getting better, but I'd swear I've gained 15 pounds... that's a big deal for me (more than 10% of my weight).   Never happened before.

Read Bible Codes II and The Conquerors yesterday... very interesting stuff.   'Course, the economics book I was waiting for was sold out again... Bible Codes is interesting... especially how he relates things to that same Einstein quote I brought up about the occurrance of time.. among other things... seems like all he's interested in is apocalyptic prophesy... something tells me the key code he's looking for doesn't exist in the form he believes... If I ever actually talk to you, maybe you'll tell me why you think this book is as important as you think. 

As much as I think the Bible is a historical database, it's not the one I tap into...   I have to assume that the Democrats don't take any of this too seriously.. actually, I'm perplexed by the Democrats... you all just seem to act like it's all business as usual... oh, well, we'll start a world war, and when it's over, we'll just run for office again... looks like the next Presidential race is more like a "throw away" by the attitudes and ideas being expressed... just gotta go thru the motions.... does Howard Dean talk about more than just health care? (it's a loser topic unless going for a 2nd term of a presidency)  If this is all a Democratic strategy, it doesn't show up like leadership.  None of that is actually intended as criticism... it's just how it looks.... sometimes I wonder if you're all just getting out of my way (to let me be your presumed throw away). :}

Anyway... The Conquerors is also quite interesting, Aristotle is next....

Bridgeville.. didn't realize it was the city for sale... look across the river from it, though, and you'll see the Big Bend Ranch, where I lived during the high school days... pretty, ain't it?

A couple of slide shows to do today on economic patterns since Bush, and what can be done about it... some big changes as of next Monday.. new strategies...

12/22/2004 - I really enjoy decorating Christmas trees, but this one's so big, there weren't enough lights and ornaments... when I was a kid, it was my job to go out and cut down a Christmas tree every year... since I rode my horse 3 to 4 days a week out in the hills of the San Lorenzo Valley, I knew where all the best trees were! Have a really great holiday.

2 different reports I'll release on the 26th... thought I'd give folks  a break.... on the Lott/Frist/Bush/consistent tendencies of the Republican party... and what conservative compassion appears to mean... A second one on the incitement of the world by aggressive propaganda and declarations, such as the axis of evil speech, and the danger it causes the United States... gotta check out Alistair and see what he's been talking about lately... :}

I'm giggling just a little about Frist.. and the religious orientation.. and thinking about how it all sets up when a Democrat like me shows up with a Bible... and how that will create an incredible conversation about religion and separation of church and state... in the book, you'll be shocked about the first thing I have to say, which relates to all of this... see... I've always believed George's people understood the value of a candidate like me.. :} they're very sharp... I still say I'm going to win... :}

After the first, this will move over to charlesrehn.com ... why a journal?  I'll tell you over there after the first :} What was that line?  As long as they keep talking....

It's been snowing off and on in Olympia, Wa.  I had a request for 2 inches.   :} Have a GREAT Christmas!

1:30pm - You have no idea how difficult it is for me to get up everyday and NOT do the updates to the front page of the site... one day, when I get a webmaster, we'll begin that again.

Gonna get a cast done this weekend... have to read a little Machiavelli to deliver on my promise...

Hillary's so great... I hope she got my letter in the We Have A Voice days... July 2003... people will hear of me nationally... just in time to take the primaries. :} You watch.  Not a plan, just a hunch.

Oh.. I just have to say this... Larry King is the master! I wonder if he knows what he gets people to say, and whether they even know that he got them to say it.. wow. Now I'm a huge-r Mariah Carey Fan. I want to read HER journal :}
