Part 2  8/13/2002

Remember this: FEMA and SETA in W. Virginia  1997?  This is what I reported to Schumer

Also State of CAL and RIMS  check the GSA..

Officer Mark Jackson, GBI re: Robert Miserendino

I have not published the following:

8/13/2002 - Here's a hyponthetical for you... This afternoon, while checking out the news, I heard the latest about the Hatfill anthrax case.  Now, keep in mind, whenever a Republican makes a statement, I don't trust them.  They usually say things about themselves or other people, when just the opposite is true, and then do just the opposite.

The key to this one was Hatfill's statement about how he couldn't believe how his "skills" and expertise were being used against him.  Not an exact quote, but something like that.

So, here I am listening to the news, and they give a description of the picture that's being shown in New Jersey, but didn't show the picture, instead they showed a picture of Hatfill that had him with black hair and a moustache.  It got me to thinking.

How much you wanna bet the picture they're showing people is me? It would be easy enough to get, since I mentioned I worked for the Department of Justice, and that required getting a picture badge.  And my fingerprints.

I mean, I say I have a letter from (not) Trenton that looks like it could have anthrax on it.   So that material has been moved so you can't destroy it. They probably have found out that when the anthrax letters were going out, I bought a 7-day supply of Cipro (because I've been through a couple  of natural disasters, and know that the government can't possibly set-up and actually supply emergency services at best within 3-5 working days, and was getting a lot of mail fromthe affected areas... this one was my Direct TV bill... )

You could easily say that my description of my life would make the an angry loner with a tendency toward violence... they'll use a report from the Stockton police department where I yelled at a police Sargeant for a good hour because, for at least the 39th time, I was harrassed by a police officer and given a ticket I didn't deserve.. when the officer told me to show my license and registration, I reached for my wallet and the officer went for his gun.  The Sargeant kept asking me if I owned a gun...  Why?   Because I called an attorney and said, what can I do about these people, and the attorney said, well, all I can tell you is that you have the right to defend yourself, including shooting a police officer trying to kill you.  And I told the sargeant that was on eheck of a bad secanario, to have to fear the police so much that your lawyer tells you to arm yourself against them.

And why would the police harrass me?  Because I own a really pretty bright red Camaro.  It's called profiling. And there's much, much more.

What I doubt they know is that I've already told people what there is to know, and all the info needed to prosecute this Bush Administration official has already been published on the site long ago.

And the truth is when all that was going on, it was after a succession of criminal activities that negatively affected me, and I truly was an angry person at the time for all the stuff that had happened to me.  Of course, you would have read that in the 3rd chapter.

Oh yeah, and they'll show some letters I wrote to Tom Brokaw and NBC news complaining about their coverage and the messages they were sending out about anthrax, and accusing them of being the Bush Propaganda machine.

And to make it all even sound worse.. no I won't give you that part, because that'll be the clincher.

This one's going to be fun.  This is the arrogant one that'll get 'em. And they'll make it all sound very plausible, which it is, unless you know the truth.

I dare ya, George...  oh yeah... and they'll say that my anger at George Bush is a projection and transferrance of anger from my step-father.  Oh yeah, and they'll say my "deal with God" is a delusion... like I said in the article, let's test YOUR faith...

And why would they want to suppress me?  It ain't because of this web site... except for the fact that they know I have a member of the Bush administration cold in a misappropriation of funds related to the office in charge of the Exxon Valdez disaster.   They'll know that especially if they contacted Bob Berkowitz. Bob is a good Republican.  Tried to get me to join. There are few words on this web site that aren't put here on purpose. Bush and his clan know that, just like I know what they're doing. Berkowitz had me copy about 8 hours of video of Hitler in 1972.

Why else?  Because they know that I've pretty much figured out what's going on with the manipulation of the weather, too.  And I've figured out who killed John Kennedy, as if millions of other people haven't already.  I always suspected it myself.  But, hey, release the records.  The real ones.

And if all that fails, they'll say I have child porn on my computer... I mean, after all, I was an adult webmaster, right? And I must be a pervert because I smoke marijuana too.  In a way, I hope I'm right about this one.  It'll be a fun one.

Al Gore's going to get sworn in after all.

Go for it George, I  dare ya.  I was wondering how long it would take for you to turn me into a hero. By the way, you've probably figured out there are people out there who'll cover my back.

And the only person I know from New Jersey is an African American friend whose name disappeared from the Maryland voter roles.

Time to go listen to James Taylor.  See ya in the news.  And remember, George, I said that it seems that my whole life was to lead me to this moment to face you down.  And you know it's true. :}  And I'm not going to publish the third chapter.  I'm going to let you hang yourself, and then expose the truth after I've been declared an enemy combatant or something.  I'll let you explain to the press why I'm not allowed to speak to them.

8/13/2002 - Early Edition - Today is the day of the Walking Man..  James Taylor's new album October Road is out today!!! I don't want to get too silly about it, but he and I look like we could be brothers.  Last time I saw him was at Nissan Pavilion in Manassas..  We were the people locating other people in the audience whose birthday it was and had huge groups of people singing happy birthday.   ... "I've been wandering early and late from the New York City to the Golden Gate..." :}

And now, back to regular programming. Major news updates to the site will be complete by Friday. It's been fun that a few people have asked me to post some original music... so I picked up the guitar... anyway... did you know that New Patriots have a theme song?... wrote it months ago.  So, maybe this weekend, I'll do a one take version of it and throw it online. Ya never know. Don't expect greatness, it's been a while.

ANTHRAX: As I stated before, I have a letter here worth looking at.   I hope if you come to get it that you respect my privacy and respect that it's well contained to the box.  But I'd be most happy to turn it over. And I don't really believe what's on it is mustard.  Just trying to help.  Sorry to hear a few more people have possibly contracted it.

Can we declare a national emergency on the West Nile Virus?  Are schools informing children?   How about a couple of  repellent manufacturers staging events, and giving away some free samples? I'll bet you could get some great press and advertising for your products, and really do one heck of a service.  How about sunscreen that includes DEET?

I'm sorry to see that the Federal Government is now using the ruling of the Supreme Court of California, allowing non-citizen children to go to school in California, as a means to track down and deport illegal immigrants.  I said I agreed with Pete Wilson on an intellectually honest basis on this issue... this is no time to be using that on an issue that's not settled.  Does everything have to be an exploitation with you guys?   By the way, I am no fan of Pete Wilson.  As far as I'm concerned, he's an example of the problems in this world.  And it's very personal.

Notice all the great music from older artists coming out?  I'd like to think they're trying to remind the world of the old days... whe the Military Industrial Complex was in charge of the Viet Nam war.. You know, Rumsfeld, Cheney, O'Neill... all the old players are back in control.  BTW, Jerry Ford was a good pick for President after Nixon... as a member of the Warren Commission that investigated the assassination of John Kennedy, he is definitely a person who can keep a secret.  And he did a good job in his given role as President.

Tracking immigrants is something we should do.  For everyone. The only consideration is whether we need to specify the length of stay... possibly saying they have to check in at a regular rate would be a more gentle way... but of course, that could be faked.  If they had to do the fingerprints or retina scan, and could walk up to a machine at the given interval and have that scan done again, it could create a manageable system with less labor. That would take care of the tracking issues. Traveling to this country, or traveling to other countries, is a privilege, not a right.

The Bush economic for, um, the capitalistic elite.

The research shows that CNN is trusted by 37% of Americans for the most accurate and complete news, a fitting tribute to the original commitment of Ted Turner. Most major market broadcasters settle for 5% or less.  Though I've never talked to any of them, they're my daily briefing of the world events.  Wolf Blitzer, Judy Woodruff, Lou Dobbs (who I believe is the single most powerful and influential example of a New Patriot... I call him Uncle Lou...) and ALL the guys on Crossfire... And Connie Chung  does some truly interesting reports on things that make you look a little deeper at things... Aaron Brown, the Pacific Northwest hero... If I had room, I could go on and on... the rest of their programming is incredible too, especially the international stuff.  Use them as the baseline of truth.  And if that changes, I'll let you know.  But I doubt it will.

PS Miles O'Brien is hot.  Loved what he did with the lawyers the other day!

8/12/2002 - I want to hit the reset button on a couple of things because I know I  can confuse people because I'm not typical in my thinking.  I'm not usually as assertive as these columns would indicate, but I'm also willing to do whatever it takes.  So, let me restate some things.

I am a registered Democrat, but I consider all ideas.  I even enjoy the Federalists. I am not a "Darwinist", meaning I don't think people should be allowed to hurt themselves with drugs and things, because the issue is almost always education and image. At the same time, I believe people should generally be allowed to do what they want, so long as it doesn't harm other people, and shows respect for other people.

Do I think Al Gore should be sworn in?   You bet. As far as I'm concerned, and a whole lot of other people are concerned, election 2000 was a fraud and should not be tolerated.  The reports I received tonight regarding the financing of the mini-riot should have resulted in racketeering charges under the Bush Family interpretation.   So, just like any situation I'm in, I look at what the job takes, and I go for it.   And I'm willing to be unpopular if it means having the right outcome.

There's only one thing I wish I hadn't done, and that's the adult site.  There are things I'm embarrassed about, but I should have known better on this one.  But, I also never imagined becoming this visible ever again. At the same time, what it was about for me was technology, and I think I have alot to share about it that would help in the regulation, as well as in terms of keeping it honest.  And, like I said, legitimate operators don't endorse child porn at all.  You'd be surprised. I don't believe I did anything worng, but I aslo don't think it was what I would call an "accurate expression of who I am". I'll also say that consenting adults can do what they want and believe in.

As for marijuana, I'm not an advocate, I just don't think it's wrong.  The truth is, if I believed marijuana had gotten a fair hearing, based on the facts, and it was decided it should be outlawed, not out of  the perceptions, but the facts,  I'd accept it.  So would others.  But to most people, they believe it hasn't been given a fair hearing.  The psychology is that if you won't listen to me, I won't listen to you.

I went to some pretty top notch specialists in San Francisco and at Scripps, and I had some pretty long talks about it with the doctors because of my medical condition, and they told me that other than the smoke itself, that they saw no problem with it.  But, there's a conversion factor required with marijuana between the culture now, and what makes it a truly responsible way to dispense it. People  buy larger quantities because they don't want to generate traffic and get people arrested.  Responsible people work on a don't ask, don't tell basis and it works pretty well.  Incremental implementations are good in terms of social change, but, unless I just made some people mad, the law in Nevada for three ounces really is alot of weed.  And while some people may be bothered that I would say something to stop momentum on the movement, if there's anything I'm a stand for in all of this, it's about doing the right thing. I know that once a precedent is set, it's hard to go back.

As an adult, I wish it had NO criminal penalties.  But, as an adult having been responsible for children, as well as weighing it against my knowledge of how dealers make the rules (no, I've never been a drug dealer), I know that quantities purchased are based on volume discounts.  There is rarely a price per unit difference between 1 and 3 ounces.  And it's hard to imagine someone needing more than an ounce.  Most people I've known agree that if you could buy it by the pack, like cigarettes, and sell it through liquor stores and places where they're used to enforcing age rules, then it would be the end of buying larger quantities.  People do it more out of requirement. This is something else where I have useful information that I don't want to publish.

As for medical use, I know it works for a great number of things, but I'm not qualified at all in that area.  The conservative approach would be to sell it by the pack, and limit it to one pack per customer. My bet is that would be around an 1/2 ounce. Once structures are fully in place to be sure there is adequate education and product quality controls (such as no additives),  if it needs to be more liberal fine, but start at the lower end. And I doubt it will affect the sales of alcohol. As for growing,  it would make it cheaper, but if we're talking about responsible controls to keep it from kids, then you have to go with controls.

Finally, my concern in all of this has nothing to do with being a politician, I'm not worried about coming out looking good.  I think people will respect that I give an honest opinion, and that I'm interested in theirs.  And I can handle the slander.   I appreciate the exposure to the issues, and I'd hate to suppress anyone with what I say.  Understand, too, that I knew the risks I was taking in putting this site together.  But, people like it.  And, as Castenada describes, I am a true warrior.

Please remember that I do represent a group of people... and they're pretty upset.   Like a union leader, I try to express what they tell me... and if I fundamentally disagree with something, I'll separate the representation from the personal opinion.    The preceding about marijuana was mostly a personal opinion.  If I say something that offends you, ignore that part, and just  use the information, it's the only useful part anyway.

I hope that makes things clearer.  If  the only thing I can accomplish through this is to get Americans back to having open conversations without the personal remarks, I'll be happy.  But that's not where we are.  Where we are now is divided.  Unity occurs inside of open discussion.  Good communication is present when people feel they've been heard, feel they're understood, and acknowledged for the value of their contribution.

8/11/2002 - Next chapter, tomorrow late.  There'll be one more after that. Whatever happens, I have a box in my garage I'd like you to have.   Never got a response last fall.  We got a lot of mail from DC and.. I got  a letter.. I think it was out of Trenton... looked like it had what looks like (at least, when I was on the farm) something similar to a dried and spoiled liquid penicillin stain, along with what appears to be the same material pressed onto the envelope... it's pretty well contained, triple plastic bags, and I have all the mail it came with in a separate bag.  I didn't want to throw it away, and you're welcome to it.  It was all sorted and processed outside the house.  Could be mustard.

On the digital tv thing.. my real concern is the ability to shut down transmissions and or to destroy transponders... since it looks like China wants a base on the moon, and we're considering nuclear platforms.  To make rf obsolete seems like a real danger to communications.  But, how about the idea of microwaving electricity from space... I use to work in syndication on the program Future File... back in 1980 or so, they said we had that technology already... is it really practical, or a problem for the same reason? (I think Alvin Toffler said that). He said we had the ability to broadcast with holographic images as well.  Is that a bandwidth issue? Just curious.. :}

8/11/2002 - 2:30pt - I promised a story about Saudi Arabia's instability.  Here it is.

7/28/2002 Britons Left in Jail Amid Fears That Saudi Arabia Could Fall to Al-Qaeda Martin Bright, Nick Pelham and Paul Harris
The Observer (UK)

8/11/2002 - With all due respect to Mr. Hatfill, I personally don't know if Mr. Hatfill did anything or not.  But, I'll say this, you were a suspect a long time ago, and the government did you a dis-service for not fully investigating sooner after the events occurred.

As for the the over-aggressive nature of law enforcement... trust me, I'll talk about that too in my corruption report.   What they did to your girlfriend is inexcusable.   I understand the tactics, but it's not necessary.

Speaking of fancy words - the latest from the Bush Administration is that they will "continue" to work on legislation, particularly tips, on a "bi-partisan" basis.  Continue?  When have you ever done anything bi-partisan, let alone actually looked for others' input?

8/10/2002 - Early Afternoon -  Hats off to John Ashcroft and the Justice Department for Operation "Hamlet".  This is truly a public service.  As those who have investigated me have discovered, I did a little stint in the adult website business myself... I learned alot... and not about sex.  You'll read alot about that soon when I get to it in the "corruption and me" section soon.

The point is, child porn is a scourge.  And most of the legitimate adult webmasters actually belong to organizations with a commitment to reporting, as individuals, and en masse, child porn wherever it exists.  Most of these webmasters are ordinary citizens, just trying to find a way to make a living in a world where they've given up on the "normal" capitalistic system.  And most do their best not to break the law.

I look forward to the ban on graphic animation of child porn as well.  It can only be about another "stretch"  of the gray areas of the law to allow the same perversion.  Adults can do anything with adults, that's fine with me.  Just don't hurt the children.

We can do much better to allow the responsible webmasters to do their legal business, and enhance the systems that keep children away from it with just a little re-organization.  These webmasters don't want kids  to see it either.  Not out of shame, but, believe it or not, out of a concern for the morals and development of our children.

Speaking of Porn, Jon Messner, an adult site webmaster, is an incredible example of a "New Patriot", who took it on himself to seek out the Al Qaeda web site after 911, infiltrate it, mislead the enemy, and continues to be a force in the war against terrorism.   What Jon did was put the interests of America, and Americans, ahead of his own interests.  God bless ya, Jon!  I actually went looking for it too, and found your site.  Didn't know how to read Arabic.  Same problem when I went to Al Jazeera.

More appreciation to the Bush Administration for backing off on tips, but I have to warn you, I've been set up as a Republican Team Leader for a long time now, just to know what you're up to.  I'm concerned at the memos sent to Republicans to be TIPS informants anyway, to report on their neighbors.  I also have a memo that says after the election, 36 Democrats, mostly African American, are going to switch to Republican after the next election. Remember that memo featuring J.C. Watts?  I do.  I'm also aware that Florid'a defective voting machines are now being put into use in Wisconsin.  Don't ever believe I'm ever going to go away and acquiesce.  I'm doing what I was supposed to do all along, and my conscience and faith won't allow me to do anything else.

Mel Gibson, God bless ya.  Many people say I am "The Patriot".   That's one Australian who truly appreciates and loves what America is really about.   The new movie on the life of Christ is  just what this world needs.  God bless ya. His new movie is "Signs", in theatres now.

Monday, I'm going to start naming New Patriots, and tell you why.  None of them asked for it.  But I so want to honor them.

For all the people in the media who I haven't acknowledged yet, please keep in mind that I've been intensely focused, and I'll be searching for more great information on all channels to recommend to people. Remember, I want to empower, not cause harm to anyone.   And I know you're out there doing what you can to inform Americans.

Finally, I've done a great deal to determine where the truth is being told.  Right now, I'm only sure of 1 station, though I really want to commend some of my role models on CBS for the fine things you're doing.  John Stossel of ABC, too.   There's a guy who took it on himself to empower others long ago.  Somehow, I know John is my brother.

But most of all, the research shows that CNN is trusted by 37% of Americans for the most accurate and complete news, a fitting tribute to the commitment of Ted Turner. Most major market broadcasters settle for 5% or less.  Though I've never talked to any of them, they're my daily briefing of the world events.  Wolf Blitzer, Judy Woodruff, Lou Dobbs (who I believe is the single most powerful and influential example of a New Patriot... I call him Uncle Lou...) and ALL the guys on Crossfire... the rest of their programming is incredible too, especially the international stuff.  Use them as the baseline of truth.  And if that changes, I'll let you know.

I'm off to the zoo.

8/10/2002 - 4th time through the Majestic... ya just gotta watch it... PPV, and worth every penny.

Guess Nevada changed its mind.  Oh well. I think I understand why, and so long as the plug wasn't pulled by higher ups, I'll support you on it.  I'll be looking for your statement.

I want to applaud the State of Nevada for acknowledging that marijuana smokers are and can be responsible citizens.  This is definitely a "New Patriot" approach to dealing with the issues of the people, balanced by sensible law enforcement principles. I believe this acknowledgement will lead to the refinement of laws in the future, as states across the country come to realize that marijuana is safer than alcohol, and serves as a homeopathic remedy for  a number of ailments.  Steps like these can only lead to a safer community for our children by placing controls on access, as well as by removing the element of criminal association.  The gateway to harder drugs is not marijuana itself, but is the association with individuals who encourage additonal drug use.

Let's hope other states will take this kind of important step toward controlling drug abuse, and using law enforcement resources toward more important efforts in securing our homeland.
