Back in 2002, I wrote to Lou Dobbs at CNN and joked with him about
how I'd had a very bizarre life, and I just sort of let all kinds
of things "play out" in front of my eyes just to see
what would happen or where the "ulterior motives" would
lead. At the time, I was broadcasting my own newscasts
daily, and enjoyed his economic reports and pragmatism, whether I agreed
with him or not, and was just making contact as one "reporter to
another". Sometimes being familiar with them can also cause them to
answer questions in their reports, directly or as part of another
report. Even though I had a number of bizarre experiences, positive
and negative, I always felt like I'd been very privileged to be able to
do things that most people would not have the chance to do. I
got to talk to some great musicians, observe and interview national
politicians, got to be a broadcaster on music stations, worked for the
Dept. of Justice during the Teamster Election and learned about
punch cards, butterfly ballots, counting machines and election
procedures right before Election 2000. I learned about insurance
companies and pharmaceuticals, worked with international software
companies, human potential development, accounting and economics, and...
working as a consultant, you get to see and understand a variety of
things that a 40 hour a week job doesn't allow you to be a part of. I
grew up in what I believed was a true land of opportunity. As a young
person and then as a teen I was in high school speech contests, almost
always talking about how great this nation the United States is,
believing the Constitution and Bill of Rights represented the most
perfect documents upon which to organize a government there could be, so
long as its intent was honored and its wisdom understood, that require
the government and citizens to honor certain basic rules of citizenship
and governance that can never be denied, overlooked or overridden by
laws passed for any reason. After election 2000, I began collecting
documentation showing what politicians said about issues and programs
they were promoting, and then following up on specific issues to see
what actually happened. It was rare that public statements reflected
what actually happened. In 2000, even I didn't know that Congress often
passes laws to create and manage Federal Programs and then never do them
because a Congressional Appropriations Committee decides afterward not
to fund them, even though the same congress people will claim they
passed laws and created programs they covertly stopped. In November
2002, after hundreds of hours of research and viewing the facts and
global trends I was observing, after the elections of 2002, I came to
the conclusion the the Democrats did not actually attempt to win seats
in the house of representatives or Senate, in order to allow the
Republicans a "tri-fecta" - control of all 3 branches of
government allowing them to pass laws without opposition, which they
did. But by November 2002... Looking at the economic trends
and thus the future economic problems developing for the United States,
as well as the divisive political tactics used by Democrats and
Republicans, as well as a familiarity with plans apparently developed in
the early 1900's and later greatly re-written and shaped by Jimmy Carter
on behalf of what is now known as the Council on Foreign Relations -
something called the Tri-lateral Plan released in 1958. My
father said that the basic idea was good but if it went awry it would
very bad, because it ultimately relied on absolute power, and of course,
absolute power corrupts absolutely. What little I ever heard were his
and many other people's concerns about these plans - the tyranny of
absolute power, political, military and medical practices that would
otherwise be concerned unfair, inhumane or that diminish the value of
life... So, in November 2002... I made it known to many people in
the media and politics that I would be a candidate for the presidency,
and filed to do that formally in 2003. I'll write a little more below
to explain why you may not have ever heard of me. But, as far as I'm
concerned, and as far as FEC Rules are concerned, I have been a
candidate for the presidency in 2004, 2008 and now, 2012. I state
categorically that I did not withdraw from any of those elections,
but I was prevented by federal, State and Local Authorities from running
for office in each of those elections. In 2000, like most
people, I believed there was likely some corruption in our government,
but that our government and this nation were the greatest, moral ethical
nation and government in the world. I still believe that's true of the
citizens, and I still hope there are some politicians in office who are
actually there - not believing they have to go along to get along, or
that they have to play it safe in order to get re-elected. Politicians
who understand and will fight for their responsibility to represent the
citizens who elected them them, as well as those who voted against them.
Citizens who voted for the promises and methods pledged by individuals
who claim to care more for their country than themselves. Who understand
that the Constitution is not a limitation to congressional or executive
powers, but the wisdom of our forefathers who came to this country
seeking and understanding liberty, with hundreds of years of cultural
experience imported from England and Europe and other nations that made
certain basic mistakes that lead to the destruction of it all... who
created the Constitution knowing that honoring it would prevent the
eventual decay of a nation. It always begins with representatives who
forget they represent citizens first, not long term corporate or
empirical goals. It proceeds with the decay of infrastructure, the loss
of manufacturing capabilities, then poverty and disease. I decided to
run for president in 2002, and to continue to attempt to in 2008 and
2012. I believed that if I had a real opportunity as an independent
candidate in 2008 and now, in 2012, that I would win. 
As I stated when
I wrote "We Have A Voice" in 2002, I decided to run because I
wanted to help this nation at a time when ideologies and deceptive
public speaking and laws were deceiving the citizens of the United
States, as I watched manufacturing and industrialization being given to
China - a plan I witnessed beginning before 2000 - with the cooperation
of the U.S. Govt. working with the International Monetary Fund (IMF),
something George W. Bush said he would do, and Barack Obama has
perpetuated. All part of a plan to "retire" the aging U.S.
population. Proof of this "retirement" is the law under the
Bush Administration to allow corporations to spend retirement funds and
not honor their pension and retirement plans promised to employees.
I
also ran because I believed in the U.S. Constitution, and that the
government would honor my rights - since I was not a terrorist or a
militant - in 2002, what I was was a reporter. Further, a webmaster and
then the founder of a 501C3 non-profit organization called the Global
Democratic Citizens Union created initially to report and disseminate
information, about politics, global conditions and on the website -
actually just share the discrepancies between public statements and
actual government policy and law. Further, I had decided to use the GDCU
to also create businesses and services most people believe the
government provides but actually doesn't, ranging from health care and
medical services, empowering homeless and poverty stricken people,
locating and providing economical power and alternative housing and
power technologies, as well as promoting Democracy Globally and teaching
and mediating conflict resolution. Also in 2002 - I was watching the
news, a story about Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore,
and it reminded me of something that happened when I was a freshman in
high school. A classmate walks up to me out of nowhere and says
"Did you know these are the end of days?" I remember saying
to her, "I've heard of that". Later, I got out a Bible and
looked through its concordance, read Daniel and Ezekiel and Revelations.
I didn't really understand it all, but with what little I knew and under
stood, I figured the world would come to an end in 1973. when the
Symbionese Liberation Army and the Patty Hearst kidnapping happened,
with their 7 headed snake in 1973, I thought to myself that it could be
the beginning of the end. That's how little I knew and understood then. What
I did understand was the idea of persecution of Christians and people
who believe in God in general. And when I heard the Judge Roy Moore
story, I have to be honest and say I thought he went about things the
wrong way, despite understanding and agreeing with the principle of the
statement he was trying to make when placing a statue of the 10
commandments in the courthouse in Alabama without permission. I also
believed the media was unfairly reporting on the people and
personalities involved in Christian and religious movements and
organizations, and thus, persecution. So, to be a better reporter, I
decided to read the Bible, cover to cover, looking at nearly every
concordance entry to concordance entry to concordance entry cross-
reference so I could truly understand what Christians believed in so
that I could be fair to them as I further reported, as well as to be
able to write and speak about Democracy and the importance of Separation
of Church and State without the "state" losing sight of the
moral and ethical principles the citizens expect the government to
respect. As a result of studying the Bible, I ended up studying
everything from ancient history to economics, patterns of government and
methods of colonialization and empire dating back to before the times of
Jesus. After all that research - hundreds if not thousands of
hours - I was able to tell that the government of the United States is a
nation that was hijacked without regard to the will of the people. And
few people know and understand that. Since 2002, I have been subjected
to things - situations and problems - that I never would have believed
could occur in the United States, only to find out they've been
occurring for decades. Not only was I not aware of it, the people who
have illegally detained me and tortured and harassed me to prevent my
candidacy, among other things, take great pleasure in pointing out the
crimes committed against me, my family and other people, as well as
treasonous crimes committed against the the citizens of the United
States and other people, always claiming they enjoy doing that because
they know they'll never be caught, and the U.S. Government won't
prosecute them. I honestly believe, in my case, their purpose is to
silence me by murder, or at least, contain me... for the moment, it
would be easy to prosecute them if only for the crimes committed since
2001. This would include people in federal and State elected offices,
certain police and public "service' organizations being used as a
front for illegal covert government operations and certain doctors,
lawyers and other professionals cooperating with the destruction of
people on government "enemies" lists. Other purposes include
preventing me from making additional complaints about crimes to police
and federal authorities, as well as to cause me to believe there are no
honest people, all supervised by the FBI to make me appear paranoid,
anti-social... rebellious, extremist, radical... I'm one of the most
"moderate" political types there could be. But they taught me
a lot about their tactics to destroy political adversaries of this
Council on Foreign Relations Government, and they'll regret that
in court. All of the crimes and activities are part of what Senators
Ted Kennedy and Frank Church investigated and banned in 1976. They
include CoIntelPro, illegally surveilling, blacklisting and disrupting
people's lives....
Executive
Summary of the Church Committee
The Senate of the United States describes what happens to
targets of government Psychological Operations. They just don't tell us
why they allowed it to continue.
Unsavory and vicious tactics have been employed --
including anonymous attempts to break up marriages, disrupt meetings,
ostracize persons from their professions, and provoke target groups
into rivalries that might result in deaths.
Intelligence agencies have served the political and
personal objectives of presidents and other high officials. While the
agencies often committed excesses in response to pressure from high
officials in the Executive branch and Congress, they also occasionally
initiated improper activities and then concealed them from officials
whom they had a duty to inform.
Governmental officials -- including those whose principal
duty is to enforce the law --have violated or ignored the law over
long periods of time and have advocated and defended their right to
break the law.
Illegal medical experimentation too... things like
Project Mockingbird, to use news media people to "psyop"
certain people as detailed by Pulitzer winner Carl Bernstein in his
report
"The CIA and the Media"

Among the executives who lent their cooperation to the Agency
were Williarn Paley of the Columbia Broadcasting System, Henry Luce
of Tirne Inc., Arthur Hays Sulzberger of the New York Times,
Barry Bingham Sr. of the LouisviIle Courier-Journal, and
James Copley of the Copley News Service. Other organizations which
cooperated with the CIA include the American Broadcasting Company,
the National Broadcasting Company, the Associated Press, United
Press International, Reuters, Hearst Newspapers, Scripps-Howard, Newsweek
magazine, the Mutual Broadcasting System, the Miami Herald and
the old Saturday Evening Post and New York
Herald-Tribune.
By far the most valuable of these associations, according to CIA
officials, have been with the New York Times, CBS and Time
Inc.

I said, 'You did not know it, but the last time they went to the
doctor or went to the hospital, your wife or your husband or your
daughter or your son became the subject of a medical experiment that
they were not even told about. They were given medicine, they were
given pills, they were given radiation, they were given something and
were not even told about this, were not even informed about it, yet
they are under some experimental research that might possibly do them
harm - maybe some good will come out of it, but maybe it will do them
harm also - but they do not know about it,' people would laugh at that
and say that is ridiculous. That cannot possibly happen in this
country. Yet, that very situation is what this piece of legislation is
supposed to address".

put this on a personal level for everyone of my colleagues. You just
think about your own family, your own son, your own daughter, or
grandchildren who might be, the next time they go to a doctor, the
subject of some medical experiment that they are not even told about.
I do not think there can be many things more un-American than
that".

research principles which were produced as part of the judgment
against Nazi physicians who engaged in truly heinous medical
experiments during World War II."

Code states that the voluntary consent of the human subject of
research is absolutely essential. Unfortunately, as we look back
through our history since the late 1940's, it appears that researchers
in America may not have taken all that Nuremberg lesson completely to
heart."
The reason I call this a symptom is because
if a government will do medical testing on a mass population, and
defend or justify it, in a government that appears to believe that the
ends justify the means... then they are a government that will do
anything they can get away with. As Bill Clinton stated on CNN's
Larry King, he doesn't always do things because they're right or wrong,
he does them because he can.
That's the attitude of the U.S. Government. Another example:
- Claiming
we send people on extraordinary rendition to places like Egypt and Syria
to be tortured, and then condemning Egypt and Syria for torturing
people.
- Giving chemical weapons to Iraq and Iran at the same time
during their 8 year war with each other.
- Selling North Korea their
nuclear reactor because it wasn't capable of providing fuel for nuclear
bombs, then threatening them with nuclear war to eliminate the reactor
we sold them, claiming it's a nuclear threat to the United States.
- How about a nation that develops a contingency plan called Project
Blue Beam to use electronic technology to stage /emulate the Second
Coming of Christ? As a military contingency.... why would the United
States do that?
These
are but a very few examples of the kinds of deception being used by the
U.S. Government - and there are many more I could inform you of that
would make you very, very concerned. In 2000, I began working to
report the news because I believed the country was a little off course,
and I believed I could provide additional insight as to what was
actually occurring. Since 2002, I've seen the dark side of politics
and government in the United States, where members of government believe
their power makes them above the law, and will attempt to get away with
anything their delusional egos will allow them to justify to themselves. While
the U.S. Government would want me to be soured about the future of this
nation, to be demoralized at the idea that they can and will
continue to attempt to silence me about things I wouldn't have
known about if they hadn't taunted me with the arrogance and hubris of
their crimes: My message to the citizens of the United States is
simple; as a citizen who took the Pledge of Allegiance seriously, who
understands and appreciates Democracy, who believes the Constitution is
an excellent framework for this nation, and as a citizen who
wanted nothing more than to serve his fellow citizens at a time
when this nation was being ideologically divided for political purposes,
my commitment is still to help "straighten out" this
government and be a force in causing it to once again respect the
constitution and the citizens who own this nation. My concern for
domestic issues has not changed, from health care to economic recovery
in the form of new and refurbished business, tax reform, empowerment of
citizens via economics and education... And to the government of the
United States... one day I still hope to find a person with first hand
knowledge of why this happened to me.. let alone others... and I don't
care what the public stories are, but I do know a few people who know
the original truth of it. Whatever name you want to give your
ideological group these days, I'll never forget the part in the Bible
about Idumeans... I will not quit. I find it pathetic and extremely
cowardly that the United states Government would attack a citizen on
U.S. soil and attempt to publicly humiliate and extort them because of
the crimes committed by the government to cause that public humiliation
and extermination. And I fully believe that when my work is through,
given the continued arrogance and hubris of the government, many of the
bravest cowards among you will be imprisoned or in hiding. It was
your gauntlet, I and I was not given a choice about whether to pick it
up or not.... But remember, I did everything I could do participate in
a political system I was not aware was this corrupt. And I did
everything I could to make this be about policy, not criminality. And
the people of this nation did not vote for you because they wanted you
to replace our constitution.
